Deputies responded to a report of an armed robbery at the (BSV) SEVEN ELEVEN STORE on Ben Holt Drive in Stockton. Two black males armed with a handgun driving a blue van last seen heading eastbound on Ben Holt Drive heading towards Interstate 5.
On 05/29/07, deputies responded to the report of an armed robbery at the (BSV) SEVEN ELEVEN STORE located at 3000 Blk. W. Ben Holt Drive in Stockton, California. While in route, Dispatch advised us that the suspects had fled the convenience store and was last seen heading eastbound on Ben Holt approaching Interstate 5.
The (RP) Clerk, reported that two black males entered his store at which time (S1) UNKNOWN headed towards the drink cooler located at the rear of the store and proceeded to grab an orange juice container. At the same time (S2) UNKNOWN remained at the counter as (S1) UNKNOWN asked the (RP) to do a price check on the orange juice that he had removed from the cooler.
The (RP) then stated that (S1) UNKNOWN had yelled to (S2) UNKNOWN to get the money. At that time the (RP) stated that (S2) UNKNOWN pulled out a gold colored handgun from the front pocket of his sweatshirt and pointed directly him demanding the money. In fear for his safety, the (RP) handed the register till to (S2) UNKNOWN.
The (RP) continued to state that upon demanding the money, he proceeded to give (S2) UNKNOWN the entire till out of the cash register. He then stated that both suspects left the store and got into a blue Dodge minivan and left the convenience store heading eastbound on Ben Holt towards Interstate 5.
(S)#1 described as a B/M/20s, 5’-5”. 150lbs, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with sequin print, black baggy jeans and tennis shoes.
(S)#2 described as a B/M/20s, 5’-5”. 150lbs, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with gray print, black baggy jeans and tennis shoes.
